Club Officer Job Descriptions

President: The President oversees both board and general meeting, and also creates the agendas for the meetings.  The President helps any officer that needs assistance.  The President also makes sure that the chapter bylaws are up to date with the state bylaws after each state conference.

 

Vice-President: The Vice-President will fill in for the President if he or she is absent.  The Vice-President will also keep track of all points earned by the members and will report them regularly to the club.

 

Secretary:  The Secretary keeps track of all minutes during board meetings.

 

Treasurer:  The Treasurer is in charge of all club's funds.  He or she collects moneys earned by the club activities.  The Treasurer will also make payments that are needed for the club.

 

Publicist:  The Publicist creates all flyers, posters or any advertising forms for all actiivities that are created by the club. The Publicist will also regularly submit club information for the Mustang Bulletin.

 

Webmaster / Historian:  This job requires the officer to regularly update the web page with new events and pictures.  He or she is to attend all events and take pictures to place on the web site.
